This policy says what you may not do with Vizitka. It is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything published or done through your account, whether by you, by a member of your organization, or by a coding agent you connected.
1. Unlawful and harmful content
Do not publish or store content that:
is illegal where you are, where we are, or where it is directed;
infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including photographs, text and designs you do not have the right to use;
is defamatory, or invades someone's privacy, including publishing personal data you have no right to publish;
threatens, harasses or incites hatred or violence against a person or a group;
sexually exploits anyone, or depicts sexual abuse of children in any form;
is pornographic, or sells regulated goods (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, unlicensed medicines, unlicensed gambling) without the licences that apply;
promotes or facilitates fraud, including get-rich-quick schemes, fake reviews and misleading claims about products or services.
2. Deception
Do not:
impersonate a person, a business or an organization, or misrepresent who owns or runs a site;
publish phishing pages, fake sign-in screens, or anything designed to trick a visitor into revealing credentials, payment details or personal data;
use a form on your site to collect data for a purpose you do not tell visitors about;
connect a domain you do not have the right to use.
3. Attacks on the service or on others
Do not:
distribute malware, or host files or scripts intended to harm a visitor's device or another service;
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Vizitka or a site on it without our written permission, or breach any security or authentication measure;
try to reach data that belongs to another customer or another site;
send unsolicited bulk messages, or use a workflow or a form to spam, flood or harass anyone;
circumvent rate limits, quotas or a suspension, or build a client that hides its identity from us;
use the service to mine cryptocurrency, run a proxy, serve as a file dump for content not shown on your site, or otherwise consume resources far beyond what a business website needs.
4. Agents and automation
A coding agent acts under your account, and you are responsible for what it does. Do not instruct an agent to do anything this policy forbids, and do not use the agent endpoint to scrape other customers' sites or to automate abuse.
5. Visitors' data
If your site collects data from visitors, you must collect only what you need, tell them what you collect and why, keep it safe, honour their requests to see or delete it, and obtain consent where the law requires it, including before loading analytics or other tags. The Data Processing Agreement sets out what we do with that data on your behalf.
6. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, take a site offline, suspend an agent connection, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the breach is. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right; where content is clearly unlawful or dangerous, we act first and tell you afterwards. We may report unlawful content to the authorities where the law requires it.
7. Reporting abuse
To report a site on Vizitka that you believe breaks this policy or the law, or that infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the address of the page and what is wrong with it. We look at every report.
